Listening to the announcement are a grocer leaning out his store window, looking a little annoyed by the disruption, the grocer's wife grating cheese over some food, a young man with archery bow possibly trying to trade goods with the grocer, and a peasant with baby sitting on the ground who doesn't appear to know what's going on. A giant wheel of cheese sits on the sidewalk under the grocer's window.

The same painting with speech bubbles added. Old man: "By order of his majesty, all weights and measures must be calibrated!" Grocer: "Great, how am I going to sell my giant cheese wheel while my weights are out for cal?" Grocer's wife: "Whatever. This needs more Parmesan." Peasant: "What's a weights and measures?"
