I America rape by cops is never prosecuted because the #PortlandMaine Nazi cops refuse to let you make a police report about the beating/ rape when unconscious in MAX county jail #MikeShauschuck cop who made police chief by lying about a shooting he was never at made sure of that #Maine = No justice
