Warhammer Dark-oath Marauder figure, it's hard to tell what gender they are but they are quite buff and have spikey hair. They have a sword and shield and are wearing pants and a bit of armor too. They're holding the sword level in front of them, like ready to attack. Behind the model are the 4 paint bottles used - Fiery Vermillion, Ironclad Grey, Sunburst Ochre, and Ivory White

Just an angled view around the back of the model so the red and white shield can be seen.
