Closely clustered stone houses surround an open sided courtyard in the centre of the town. The house on the right has a wooden balcony at first floor level, it has a roof which protects the maise husks that have been hung up to dry, below them there are planters with bright red flowers.

Lush forest fills the near and middle distance and the lower slopes of the Brenta Dolomite. As the altitude increases the trees this to reveal the glacier created corrie in the middle of the shot. The corries is surrounded by the characteristic jagged peaks of the Dolomites.

Taken from a hill above the town (near our holiday apartment), looking down on the town and South along the lake. It's early morning and a slight mist hangs around the surrounding mountains. The mountains to the left cast shadows on the azure waters of the lake, the sky is blue and clear apart from a small number of wispy clouds.

Taken from the South end of the lake. Jude (my Wife) sits on a rock at the waters edge admiring the view, the blue waters of the lake stretch into the distance, at the far end of the lake the outlying houses of Molveno cluster on the shore. Mountains surround the lake rising straight from the waters edge towards a clear blue sky.

An alpine style cottage sits in an emerald green cut meadow and is surrounded by deciduous forest. The cottage is painted white with bright red doors and shutters and has a terracotta tiled roof. Beyond the woods the mountains of the Brenta Dolomite rise up to meet a blue sky with fluffy white clouds.
