Looking over the Morro Bay estuary from a bluff in Elfin Forest, Los Osos. Yellow wildflowers grow between us and a fence made of rusty metal stakes and green plastic netting. Below we see the estuary of spotty pockets of water stretched over a very large area. The coastline from our location curves outward towards the sea, creating a nice line for the eye to follow to the city of Los Osos across the bay. Fog in the area is in the process of burning off, but it's still difficult to see the sand dunes out.
