Snow Lake Trail is rocky and a little steep, but the view on the lake is very rewarding. A cloud was partially landing on the lake, which added a gorgeous dynamic to the views.

I changed the itinerary. Start at Ira Spring, end at Granite Mountain, through the lakes like Mason and Island. And likely time do Little Bandera or Pratt Mountain.

Went up to Olallie Lake early this morning, via Pratt Lake Trail. The lake was frozen. I was surprise to see snow still falling.

Looks like it might be too soon to attempt the Pratt Lake - Melakwa Lake loop. There seems to be snow that would make this 8h loop difficult and maybe even risky.

The way up Mount Si was a good enough challenge. Going up one could guess through the trees the landscape that would be visible when on top. When approaching the summit, it gets a little more rocky.

The trail is perfectly curated, and a good challenge, ending with a rewarding panoramic view.
But the very top is for rock climbers, I had to give up.
