Alfred #Musema, who submitted a remorseful early release application to the #IRMCT a year ago, has his application denied.

At the #ICTR's Residual Mechanism, lawyers for Alfred #Musema (convicted of #genocide in 2000, & sentenced to life imprisonment) prepare to file an application for his early release in February 2025. He will be 76 years old.
