The Blow Monkey's "Digging Your Scene" is a great song, but the whole Animal Magic album is jazzy and cool.
Blutengel is perfect electronic goth.
Andy Williams is classic.
And in the Darkness, Hearts Aglow isn't as gothy as the cover implies, but it's chill and I like it.

Analogue isn't one of the better a-ha albums, so out of this bunch, my favorite has to be Americana for "Pretty Fly" and "Why Don't You Get a Job" alone.
Ananda Shankar does have the greatest cover of "Jumpin' Jack Flash" though.
