This highly paid, highly recommended CEO of Schools Infrastructure is not degree qualified but was still put forward for this role by Amy Brown of PWC ands (John Barilaro NY job fame).
I find this to be extraordinary.

No approvals. No plan. No redevelopment costings.
The estimated $5 billion price tag for Rosehill Racecourse covering 98 hectares (or 240 acres) equates to $51 million per hectare.
