Next to Korean food, Persian dishes are my favorite. The sweet and sour flavor profile of khoresh-e fesenjoon (chicken stew with pomegranate and walnuts) is simply divine. It does take a goodly amount of time to prepare this braise, but it is totally worth it! #NYTCooking 🍽️
