I made Melissa Clark’s Green Goddess Roast Chicken. I added some potatoes & carrots. I ate my serving over fresh spinach. I mixed lemon juice & some of the chicken dripping as a dressing. It was delicious! #NYTimescooking yogurt made the chicken so tender & flavorful. Wish I could share!
