A multi coloured wool hat made by using the nalbinding technique.

The nalbound shawl in the process of being made. The needle is a hand carved bone needle. The wool, incidentally, is from the Altenburger Wollspinnerei in the now no longer existing DDR.

Not knitting but naalbinden (needle binding). I keep trying to knit but somehow never manage to enjoy it. I want to learn to crochet though... but right now this is my contribution to #YarnArts The wool is from a country that no longer exists. (Alwo Jackenwolle from the DDR) #Nalbinden #FiberArts
