I am not a doctor but it's pretty obvious that #NaptainAmerica is in cognitive decline. Thankfully, the 25th amendment to the constitution clarifies presidential succession and disability.
Of course, any attempts to sideline Trump would become a WWE style political brawl.

This is pathetic ... #NaptainAmerica is cognitively unfit to be POTUS. In the mean time our economy and health care system is in a downward spiral as the GOP stick their heads in the sand.
The turmoil that the MAGA cult has caused America can never be forgotten or forgiven. 🤨
