📄 Si Justin Allgaier augmente son avance en NOAPS, c'est Corey Heim qui récupère la tête de la Truck Series !
Pourtant, n'ayant participé qu'à 3 des 5 courses, il n'est pas éligible pour le titre...

Cleetus McFarland is an overall positive figure for NASCAR because the sport struggles for young fans, especially as F1 has become increasingly popular in the US, so having a popular car YouTuber not only collaborate with NASCAR drivers and attend races but actually compete some is a good thing. However, the dude has absolutely no business competing in the second highest level of NASCAR competition. Just because he CAN because he has the sponsorship and funding to buy himself a very competitive ride, doesn't mean that he should. In ARCA national he's never had a finish above the back of the top 10, like 9th or 10th. That sounds pretty good, but you have to realize there are people who actually win ARCA races who will never have any success in NASCAR. Somebody who can't finish top 5 or at least compete for one? Absolutely should not be in the O'Reilly's series and it is arguable weather that is qualifying for a low budget Truck either. His only Truck start he crashed out of early in the race without help from anybody else, just lost it. His best result anywhere at a level higher than late models was a 4th in an ARCA East race which a series that has a really thin field mostly filled with bad cars. He showed how unready he is by spinning multiple times and finishing outside the top 30 and 5 laps down in an RCR car, which is equipment capable of winning and fighting for titles. If he really wanted to take stock car racing seriously, he should maybe spend another year or two running more ARCA events at the big tracks and see if he can turn those 9th and 10th places finishes in more like 5th place finishes. Maybe mix some Truck events in there too. He is absolutely an unqualified hazard racing at this level, he's gonna tear up some equipment and probably gonna risk tearing up the equipment of the other teams too, which really sucks when you consider the people he's actually racing for position are driving on incredibly low budgets.
I got a little bit ranty about Cleetus McFarland competing in #NASCAR O'Reilly's Series today. I don't dislike the dude, I think his interest in the sport is a positive thing helping recruit new younger fans, but....
2020 was the year Lewis Hamilton became a seven-time world champion and the #GRIDRanking World Champion, with Scott McLaughlin finishing second and Kevin Harvick third.
