DEATH INVESTIGATION--- 1100 blk 5th St NE at M St DC. Man found in cardiac arrest in the alley. He has been pronounced dead after attempts to resuscitate him at the scene were unsuccessful. He has injuries to his face and torso, but it is unclear if that caused his death. #NearNortheastDC #NoMaDC
