Despite acknowledging that they have falsely and fraudulently updated the tracking on my delivery, they are still trying to wash their hands and refusing to provide any recompense or refund.
May have to consider legal action.

Terrible CX from @Ebay. Total lack of customer protection or support. 9 agents refuse to own the case, closing against the evidence provided and despite my showing that my parcels have been lost before delivery, they refuse to help.
