Warren: Technically, I simply swapped in a portion of parallel reality wherein the Coch-Jobbs' Stratoplex accidentally has a nuclear meltdown. So you see, according to causality, the explosion was always going to happen, in its own timeline. I'm not liable for any loss of life or property. It's just a matter of risk management, see? Walker should've taken out City-Owner's insurance.
Even if Walker bought City-Owner's insurance, I'm pretty sure it won't apply if the customer enacts a coup against the insurance company owner. Should have read the fine print.
