"A data table comparing empirical urban scaling exponents to the Information Energy Maximization (IEM) model. Using the connectivity tax constant ks = 0.22, the model predicts an infrastructure exponent of 1.22, showing a 0.00 deviation from PNAS Nexus empirical data for the 1.22 urban limit. It also aligns with Kleiber’s Law (0.75) for biological metabolic scaling."
