Triage Forms and booking appointments online I just wanted to provide some feedback on the changes to booking appointments. I spent an hour this morning slowly loosing my mind trying to figure out how to book an appointment online using a triage form. I was told I would be able to fill one in via the app but could not find any such option to. After calling up and voicing this to one of your front desk team (who deserve a raise for dealing with this, to be frank), I was offered the option of having this completed for me. While very helpful, I feel it is important I knew how to do this myself in the future and asked if she could explain. She politely guided me through how to do this on your website.
Whilst this issue is solved now, I would just like to bring up concerns about older people, socially anxious people and computer illiterate people. The options are there for them but not made immediately made obvious. The website is hard to navigate and I'm convinced the option to fill out one of these forms just doesn't exist on the app despite the website insisting otherwise. If there's any sort of feedback form for this specifically, please let me know and I'll gladly repeat my grievances there.
