Color photo. The bottom half is the dark water of Puget Sound, covered in gentle waves. A line of reflected sunlight brightens a line on the right side, and the silhouette of a sailboat can be seen in it. The far shore is a line of dark trees, and the sky is full of clouds that barely hide the sun.

I had an urge yesterday evening to see the sunset over the water, so I drove over to Carkeek Park for it.

I was well rewarded, I think.
