Yesterday, as the #eob event of the #nolongersameworld exhibition, we did a panel titled "What Does the Public in #Israel] Know About [#Gaza and Why" with:

Just in time for the gallery talk in half an hour, Finished hanging #MemorialNameTags for #journalists who were slain in #gaza in 2025 (84 out of a total of 274) at the entrance to the #eob work at the #NoLongerSameWorld group exhibition.

בצד ימין של התמונה: מסך שמותקן על המסגרת העליונה שלו מד מרחק סונארי (נראה כמו שתי עיניים). הצופה (מרים בנימיני) עם הגב אלינו רואה על המסך סרטון על העיתונאי העזתי חוסאם שבת ז"ל. בתחתית המסך יש טיקר טקסט מטושטש. בצד ימין למטה (תמונה קטנה): מדבקות על הרצפה עם סימון של שתי רגליים וכיתוב: "דברים שרואים משם" בצד שמאל: הצופה קרובה למסך. הווידאו מושטש, ולעומתו הטיקר ברור: "...את הוא מחבל בגדוד בית חאנון של ארג..." בצד שמאל למטה (תמונה קטנה): מדבקות על הרצפה עם סימון של שתי רגליים וכיתוב: "לא רואים מכאן"

Name tags for 272 journalists (+ another one that says "and so it goes..."). Each has a white on red PRESS header, name, [sometimes affiliation/position,] and a diagonal "Expired: ..." with the journalist's date of death Last row contains the latest 2, written by hand. Above them we can see the 5 journalists who have videos as part of the EoB installation, followed by Yaqeen Hamad who was an 11 years old network influencer

Finished preparing #MemorialNameTags for the 272 #gaza #journalists killed since #oct7tragedy en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_journalists...

The last two were written by hand because the trigger finger is quicker than the […]
