She has an orange heart-shaped rosette on her chest and she has two light-blue arms and her puffy skirt is white at the top and sky-blue at the bottom. She has small green legs with dark-blue feet with green sparkle-shaped charms on the fronts. She has a cape made with 5 ribbons in various shades of blue to mint-green. She seems to be floating a few inches off the ground.
