I have made Tom Yum Goong noodles without using tomyum paste. Instead, used extra lemon, lemon peels, and ginger a lot, just sliced them and adding more flavour and yum. Not too spicy and good for everyone.
In Japan, we had a 3day wkd holiday week and today is the last day, I made this summer flavour. Tom Yum Goong ish Noodles.
