@RantyHighwayman Entrance kerbs! I think that's what #NorfolkCountyCouncil "Road Safety" team said is too dangerous for side roads off of a 40mph housing access road, after #ActiveTravelEngland suggested them in planning application FUL/2024/0001

Dropped off shoes on behalf of small, & also some friends as part of the sharing of childrens voices and the harm being caused because of lack of appropriate support & provision. #everypairtellsastory #SEND #TheSendSanctury #letuslearntoo #Norfolk #norfolkcountycouncil #countyhall

Picture of a T junction with a foot/cycleway alongside the minor arm ending on the inside of the corner next to the give-way line. With incorrect signage next to it which could mislead the unwary into riding off the kerb, as a bonus. King's Lynn Scania Way junction with Oldmedow Road. Pink pedalway. Unfixed for more than 10 years.

#NorfolkCountyCouncil makes another 20mph #liveableNeighbourhood in the #Gorleston home area of #transportForNorfolk czar #cllrGrahamPlant at the same time it drops basic cycling provision from a junction rebuild in #Heacham. One rule for the czar's home, another for where he only drives?

Norfolk: the verge of a crisis Norfolk County Council’s verge cutting policy balances road safety with environmental considerations. So why is it being ignored?

Nothing has changed since 2023!

I was hopeful #NorfolkCountyCouncil was developing a community management initiative for verges. But no. It’s not happening now & mowers will still obliterate everything contrary to Council’s own policy. 😕
