A friend asked me to check a sticky trap. This tiny Northern Alligator Lizard was glued for 2 days. We consulted modern technology. That led to me soaking her in olive oil & slowly working her free her from the sticky trap. And some reminiscing!

This little northern alligator lizard was completely adhered to a sticky trap. So we got the olive oil out and slowly, and very carefully released her from the trap. Then I set her free next to the lake. It was a happy ending & a good day.
