Sixteen Rivers Press poets and friends gather at the California Capitol Building to honor people killed by ICE
A memorial of those killed by ICE as of February 6, 2026
Poets formed a circle and read 2-3 lines each or names of those killed by ICE to create a collective poem. California State Poet Laureate Lee Herrick was the last reader and speaker.
