Norton360 transferred my account to someone else without my knowledge, or authorization. This after I had been forwarding to them scam emails. Now they keep saying they are escalating the case to senior staff. But they give that same answer every time. This is a severe breach #norton360 #symantec

Your unsuspecting partner will enter a field that says you are in trouble. Then a workflow starts that has no alternatives to clicking continue until you either enter payment or a 'free trial' (that will charge you) #Norton360 #Symantec
