On the morning of the 22nd of February, SS PzGrenDiv DR just finished its night movements from #NovoMoskovsk to #Pavlograd. The latter city has already been cleared of 35th GRD by midday. Additional elements of DR were ordered SW towards #Sinelnikovo, which forced 120/X
1st GTC deployed its 16th and 17th GTB to provide support for the infantry between #Lozovaya & #Pavlograd. Meanwhile, 267th RD & 106th RB tried to pass through the area between #Pereshchepino and #NovoMoskovsk and reunite with the main force of 6th Army. 116/X
#NovoMoskovsk, which severed the #Dnepropetrovsk to #Krasnograd railway. The remaining two regiments of the division marched towards #Sinelnikovo. As 6th Army drew closer to the Dnepr River, Vatutin relocated the 25th TC & 1st GCC to support that army, while holding back 97/X
