Based on the available imagery (both Sentinel-2 and POVs) I am able to assess that at least 5 tanks are visibly consumed in the blaze at #Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery. A further 2 have significant smoke/scorch damage and 2 more w/ some damage.
This estimate is conservative until there's more info.
