Today’s milkshake was made with an almond butter, pecan ice cream I made, oat milk, and bananas and tasted like banana bread.

I need to write recipes down. That was a very good accident.

Today’s nut milk was all the creamy stuff to see how much milk foam I could get.

Oat, coconut, cashew with hemp seeds wins.

Then the pulp into a mango smoothie with chai seasonings because it’s what I have in the house.

A maple pecan milk made into ice cream with brown sugar has a very buttery pecan flavor profile.

Add banana and more pecans. Add coconut cashew milk.

Nom shake.

Oat and coconut milk with pumpkin and hemp seeds mixed into mango-pineapple frozen chunks, some orange juice, and a bit of honey makes a very pina colada smoothie.
