For the final plenary at #OTN2025 Melissa Kapulu unpacked the journey of building a human infection study platform. From the malaria infection model to the Shigella model, she showcased a collaborative approach that blends both internal and external partnerships to refine and expand the model.
💡 Mid-morning #OTN2025 sessions dived into health systems, social sciences & clinical trials. These engaging talks cover critical research areas such as youth mental health illness, acute influenza clinical trials, community drivers of AMR, inpatient feeding for malnourished infants & more.
