Pt started empiric vancomycin, meropenem, ciprofloxacin, doxycycline. #Obiltoxaximab, a monoclonal antibody anthrax antitoxin directed against protective antigen of B. anthracis/ indicated for inhalation anthrax, was given 34 hours after welder’s anthrax was suspected (1 week after symptom onset).
