Have had a terribly misaligned low back/sacrum for two weeks now and finally have an osteo appt Mon morn. At the beach just now I sat up in the sand and felt two 'pops' way down low and the relief is AMAZING. These are the life stories I have to share now, I'm so sorry #OldPeopleTings
