If you walk through #OldSturbridgeVillage, you will almost undoubtedly see some #chickens cross your path. 🐓 Early New Englanders rarely ate chicken (at least compared to today’s standards) but kept them primarily for their ability to produce eggs.
#OldSturbridgeVillage is a #LivingMuseum and my favorite!!… In #Massachusetts, this would have been a #FieldTrip for all the kids…
