Time to step up — literally! 👟 I’m taking on the One Million Step Challenge for Diabetes UK this summer. Raising awareness, boosting my wellbeing & giving myself a reason to step away from the screen. One small step for me, giant leap for my health! 🚶‍♀️✨ #OneMillionSteps

My focus now is on #OneMillionSteps which is roughly the distance from Lands End to the Scottish Borders.

However, this is my third year so I want to give myself a bigger target both personally, physically and from a fundraising perspective. So I’m going for 1.7 million steps…
