KPDN proposes creating integrated ODR in e-commerce reform – Armizan KUALA LUMPUR: The Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living (KPDN) plans to create a more comprehensive dispute resolution framework through an integrated online dispute resolution (ODR) platform.
