Peach galette baked golden brown, sitting on parchment paper on my stovetop. The galette is round, pie sized, with the edges of the pastry pleated around the open centre. Cut up peaches visible in the open centre.

If I was good at making pastry, I'd make these all through the fruit seasons. This one turned out pretty good. Looks good, tastes great, but it feels like cardboard. Maybe some whipped cream would help.
