People in movements have the same goals, but not always the same reasons or methods. We have to allow everyone to work the way they work & we can't push people out because their beliefs don't 100% match ours. There is room for everyone.

Take all the organizing advice from outsiders you want, but how to apply it to YOUR community is best left to you & others who know your community. Don't ignore historic tensions or systemic harms, but don't let them cripple your movement either.
