Vail, Park City Mountain ski patrol union reach tentative agreement The Park City ski patrol strike appears to be over after the resort and union announced a tentative agreement late Tuesday night.

Vail Resorts hired non-union workers to try to break the strike, resulting in 60% of functioning lifts, 30% of usable trails, hours long lines, & guests skiing in unsafe areas, all to keep from paying an additional $2/hr.
