Just got back from a quick walk-run before the sun came fully up, it’s going to be a dire one with the heat and air quality alerts, so I shall stay inside with the #Pogacat and cycling, starting with #PNDRK25.

A much needed quiet-ish morning on the couch, watching the #TDRFeminin and waiting for #CzechTour, then #PNDRK25.
This whole weekend is going to be blazing freaking hot, so I’m trying to stay indoors for most of it.

Lidl-Trek did their best UAE impression & crushed the first stage of #PNDRK25 with their superior strength.
Jasper showed well on the 1st climb, going w/Mads, but when Lidl took over, he didn't have his own numbers & didn't blow himself up in a chase. Glad to see him back! 😀

All giggling aside, I am glad to see Jasper returning in #PNDRK25. Everything was going so well at #TDF2025 before disaster.
A good field (❤️ Fabio), but I'm trying not to have big expectations - I expect Mads will curbstomp everyone unless he's rusty from a layoff.
