WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR BRAIN DOESN'T SLEEP?

LOST MEMORIES
a moon-shaped structure in the temporal lobe,
exhibits a distinct pattern of neural activity when the waking mind encodes (learns) new information. Scientists believe our brain later "replays" the same activity pattern while we're sleeping to help the info stick.
Lose sleep, lose long-term memories.

ANGER
Sleep loss primes us
to focus on negative experiences, misinterpret
facial expressions and pick fights.
PREFRONTAL CORTEX
ANTERIOR INSULA"
Emotional volatility may partly be a
product of interrupted
AMYGDALA
communication between brain regions. FMRI of the well-
rested brain shows connectivity between the amygdala, a limbic system structure critical to emotional processing, and the medial prefrontal cortex, which helps regulate feelings (i.e., tells us to chill). Sleep deprivation cuts this connection, letting your revved-up amygdala (and your mood) run wild.

IMPAIRED WIT
When you skimp on sleep, the clever commentary may not flow so easily. Sleep loss affects cognitive processes like divergent thinking, which helps us switch topics nimbly during conversation. Scientists found that activity in the inferior frontal gyrus increases when sleep-deprived people tried to list uses for different objects, suggesting the brain draws on divergent thinking to compensate for strained cognitive functioning.

HALLUCINATIONS
The well-rested brain filters stimuli (noise, light, smell, etc.) to separate what matters from what doesn't and prevent sensory overload. When the brain can't filter the information coming in, chaos ensues.
After pulling an all-nighter, people may begin to anticipate things that aren't there, including objects.

RISKY DECISIONS

When sleep-deprived people prepare to make economic decisions, the brain's reward center in the prefrontal cortex lights up, suggesting they expect to win (e.g., make money).
But when risky choices don't pan out, people's brain activity

Have you ever got a song stuck in your head that you just can't seem to shake? That catchy piece of music on a recurrent loop in your brain, also known as an earworm, may seem torturous but pales in comparison to actual sound torture employed for military purposes. Sound torture is a type of psychological warfare used to break the will of prisoners using loud music or white noise. While many of us use music to escape or even center ourselves, it can also be used as an instrument of torture under the right conditions.
SOUND TORTURE DURING THE IRAQI WAR
After details emerged regarding the U.S. military's use of torture during the Iraqi War, common methods of physical torture, including
"waterboarding," hooding, and physical abuse, came under immense national and global scrutiny. The use of torture remains a widely debated issue when it comes to the treatment e of military detainees. Music torture is currently banned by the United National Convention Against Torture, but it is still permitted under U.S. law. The United National Convention Against Torture defines torture as:
any act by which severe paint or suffering, whether physical or mental, is intentionally inflicted on a person for such purposes as obtaining from him, or a third person, information or a confession, punishing him for an act he or a third person has committed or is suspected of having committed, or intimidating or coercing him or a third person, or for any reason based on discrimination of any kind, when such pain or suffering is inflicted by or at the instigation of or with the consent or acquiescence of a public official or other person acting in an official capacity.

7. White noise torture used in interrogations

Have you ever been irritated by loud noise? There is a reason behind that.
Noise is irritating because our brain cannot process it. And if it becomes loud, it is as good as pain.

The effects on the brain of noise torture, is well documented. Including the effects of sleep deprivation.

Anyone involved in the absurdly psy-ops-named “Freedom Convoy”, should be held criminally accountable, NOT given political power.

Possibly some combination of foreign and domestic. Much easier to funnel dark money to a domestic person, group or business, which in turn then covertly funds these Brownshirts.

A major failure of the #POEC inquiry was not even discussing the daily deliveries of cash & the crypto financing.

That is a key point. The #CPC has done everything to block, stall, distract, from all of these investigations, including #POEC. Why did Poilievre not testify?

any mention of #PierrePutin or #IncelPierre or the mysteries of Ana's history or Pierre&Ana's merch sales or Pierre's #Modi connection or pierre's part in harper's honk honk fest - #POEC why was poilievre too AFRAID to testify. Any mention the coin Ana & Pierre are burning up. Many omissions ....

20/ At #POEC, NSIA Thomas said that Canada's definition of "threat" needs to be modernized. It's so frustrating to sit in radicalized spaces & see red flags but find there is almost no framework to discuss & share such threats. It might happen in postmortems but that's too late.
