For decades, people in Palestine and Kurdistan have been engaged in unbroken resistance against occupying powers and the imperialist power games of the major powers. But time and again, these two liberation struggles are played off against each other. In light of recent developments in West Asia, we want to take a look at the similarities between these resistance movements, their unique characteristics and their prospects. We also want to discuss why this is important, what it has to do with us in Germany and what we can do from here. Let's get together and talk about how we can strengthen the resistance against imperialism and colonialism from here! After the discussion, we will break the fast together. To this end, billions are being borrowed for armaments production. The government's policy is becoming ever more clearly orientated towards war. Now the armament is starting in our neighbourhood. The Pierburg company (in Gesundbrunnen) belongs to the Rheimetall group and is now to switch its production to ammunition and weapon parts. These weapons are then to be sold abroad and used in wars. Rheinmetall supplies countries such as Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Turkey and Israel. War and murder are about to begin on our doorstep. We are paying for the armament The fact that Pierburg is bringing arms production to Wedding is due to the government's warmongering.
