This is the ring fort Grianan Of Aileach in Ireland.

The fort, built 1700 BC sits on a hilltop, 250m above sea level. It is built largely without mortar.

These #longexposure shots, 90-120 seconds, give a long #passageoftime feel. The wind howled as it blew, but once you were inside, it was calm.

It's Saturday and that means the #BlueSkyArtShow is open! The theme is #abandoned. I watched this little farm shed grow weathered and worn over the years, but a rough storm finally collapsed the roof. A few weeks later, it was demolished and the wood hauled away.
