Next to the mountain is a bright red point, that is Mars, also reflected in the very still lake water. The mountain is lit by the setting moon that is off the image far to the right. Also on the right is an amber light breaking through the trees in rays along the lake shore. Just above the amber light and the tree line is the glowing Milky Way arching up into the sky. Below The Amber light, in the foreground bottom right corner, is a small boat showing only the back end with an electric motor propeller just out of the water. Also all reflected in the mirror like lake. The dark tree lined lake shore stretches all the way across the image, and is reflected in the water. The Mountain is Mount Adams. Known as Patú in one tribes native language, the Sahaptin. And called cʼilíləɬ in the Cowlitz language.

Taken on a group camp to #TakhlakhLake near #MountAdams. The #lake was still and reflected everything! The half #Moon was setting in the West, but still lit the sides of the great mountain, #Patú.
