Sometimes I don't know until it starts. Two organizations have been critical in my #mental #health over the last year. #Bluesky as I said, and even more so because it was the beginning, #PathWithArt.
Both are social organizations. Not political ones. Not religious ones.
Find your people. The reason #PathWithArt was able to help me was because I #showed up one day. You do have to make an #effort. If you are in #trauma, there is a way out. It feels #impossible, but know that other thoughts can come. I find when I'm in the darkest, #action prior to thinking will help.
I initially crawled out of my personal hell through the art world. #PathWithArt doesn't seem to have an account on #Bluesky yet. Amazing organization. Beautiful people. People that really love other people. I've been in six exhibitions this year because of them. Brought me back. Find your place.
My #piece as it shows at "Estuary" at #PathWithArt in #Seattle. You all #crowd selected it for me. Nice #comments coming on it.

#MissKitty has an #opening tonight at #PathWithArt. When I get the #virtual #exhibition link I will post it. I will #reveal the piece later #tonight after the opening. You helped me choose which to go with! Pretty happy with it still. A good sign LOL
