For the sixth time in 3 years, global talks to curb plastic pollution have collapsed. The U.S. joined oil-producing nations to block limits on plastic production. Samoa’s rep said it best: “The urgency of this work cannot be overstated.” Shame on U.S. #PlasticCrisis #PeopleOverPetro #Pollution
