2/2 When my #Peristomal skin is a little irritated, I wash the skin with a little Head & Shoulders in the shower & dry my skin thoroughly before putting on a new appliance. I even use my hair dryer on a low setting to dry my skin.

GM #StomaBuds, your #Peristomal skin, the skin around your #Stoma, must be given the utmost care. It's imp to keep the skin dry & prepped before you change your #Ostomy appliance. Less is more! If your skin is good shape, you don't need to use any prep, but listen to your
nurse or Dr. 1/2
