Indonesia Haj Departures Remain On Track Despite West Asia Conflict
JAKARTA, March 25 (Bernama) — Indonesia’s 2026 Haj pilgrimage will proceed as scheduled despite the ongoing conflict in West Asia, with authorities confirming that preparations and travel arrangements remain unaffected. Haj and Umrah Minister Mochamad Irfan Yusuf said all aspects of the pilgrimage, including accommodation and transportation, have been well arranged, with the first batch of pilgrims set to depart on April 22. “As of now, everything is still on schedule.
