We looked at real applicants taking the Caliper Profile. The bad news? Self-reported GenAI use jumped massively between Q3 2024 and Q3 2025. Over 23% of unwarned applicants reported using it to some degree. 2/4 #PersonnelSelection #ApplicantFaking
