Tefé, elemental/human hybrid child of Swamp Thing, Abby Holland, and *somehow* John Constantine, holds forth in The Green with a grass General.
The first chapter to BKV's Swamp Thing was a bumpy start, but things are picking up by 2 & 3 and I'm slightly charmed by this wackiness.
